Guru Vandanam marked the Centenary Year Celebration of Teachers’ Day .“When
a teacher is honoured, a civilization is honoured”. It was in this spirit that 5th September 2010 was chosen as a day to honour former teachers
of the college.
The Chief Guest of the
programme was HH Sree Padmanabhadasa Uthradam Thirunal Marthanda Varma, the Head
of the Travancore Royal family. Several former teachers of the college were
felicitated on that day.
